We collect personal information from clients and their families for the purpose of providing early childhood intervention and key worker services. This information may include, but is not limited to:
Names and contact information including the child’s home address
The child’s date of birth
Medical and developmental history
Contact details of therapists who are providing their services to the child
Information stated in the child’s NDIS plan
Reports and information from other healthcare providers who are involved in the child’s care such as speech pathologists, support workers, occupational
therapists, support co coordinators, social workers and teachers.
Information related to the child’s education and development
We may also collect sensitive information about you and your child, including but not limited to:
Languages spoken and Religion
Disability or health conditions
Gender
Race or ethnicity
This information may be collected through documentation, interviews, reports, assessments, and conversations with parents/caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Sensitive information will not be collected without your consent.

Assess and monitor the child’s development
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Provide support as a ‘Key Worker’ and ‘Early Intervention Specialist’
Invoice and bill clients accordingly
Retain accurate records of your child’s therapy sessions, progress and goals
Plan and deliver individualised therapy/learning plans and support programs
Communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s progress
Facilitate collaboration with teachers, educators, therapists, and other stakeholders

Educators, therapists, support co coordinators, plan managers and other professionals involved in the child's care
Funding agencies for the purpose of accessing financial support or subsidies
